Just wanted to say hi to new subscribers, I see there are a bunch of you.My son just turned one in Oct., so my life is a little less hectic than when he was a baby... back to writing as much as I can. Right now I'm working on a new book called "Birth Mother", about a girl who searches for and finds (and lives with for awhile) her birth mother. My agent just started shopping around "Let Her Cry", which is about a girl finding herself and finding love while caring for her bipolar mother. Of course, "Girl Broken" is still out there, waiting for a publisher. Fingers crossed!
I'm trying to quit drinking altogether, but so far have not been successful. Somehow, at the end of the night when the kids are in bed, it's either a vodka rocks or a razor... how unhealthy, but its true. But life can only get better, or so I hope.
Speaking of hope, I have a small piece in Joan Kaywell's anthology, "Dear Author, Letters of Hope".
I hope you are all doing well, and I wish I had more news to report.
